5. Integration of third-party services and content
As part of our online offering, our site partly incorporates third-party content, such as YouTube videos, Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites. This always assumes that the providers of such content (hereinafter referred to as “Third Party Providers") receive your IP address. Without this IP address, Third Party Providers cannot send content to your browser. We only include this content on our website to provide you with useful information or to facilitate a process for you without further processing. For this reason, the legal basis for this data processing is Article 6 paragraph 1(f) of the GDPR. Our legitimate interest consists in being able to offer you this content as a service. 6. Analysis of user behaviour and other services
6.1. Google Analytics and Tag Manager
On our site, we use Google Analytics and Tag Manager, a web analytics service and related support tool from Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics and Tag Manager use cookies to deliver this service. The information generated by the cookies about the customer's use of the website will generally be transmitted to a Google server in the United States for storage. Anonymity of the IP address is the rule on the Baloise website, which means that your IP address is shortened before it is transmitted to Google. In certain exceptional cases, the full IP address will be transmitted to a Google server in the United States where it will be abbreviated. Google will not link the IP address provided by the customer's browser to other data when Google Analytics is consulted. At our request, Google will use this information, with your consent or for technical reasons, to evaluate the customer's use of the website, to compile reports on activity of the website and to provide the website operator with other services related to website and internet usage. In the case of technically necessary cookies, the legal basis is provided by Art. 6, para. 1(f) of the GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to ensure the best possible functionality of the website. For all other cookies, our processing is based on your consent in the Cookie Preference Center in compliance with Art. 6 para. 1(a) of the GDPR.

6.3. Google AdWords Conversion Tracking and Google Remarketing
We use Google AdWords Conversion Tracking and Google Remarketing for advertising purposes.
As part of Google Conversion Tracking, Google Adwords saves a cookie on your computer if you have accessed our website through a Google ad. These cookies are disabled after 30 days and do not identify the user. If you visit certain pages of our websites and the cookie has not yet been disabled, both Google and we may know that you have clicked on the ad and have been transferred to this page. Each Adwords customer receives a different cookie, which is also true for us. It is therefore impossible to track cookies through the websites of Adwords customers. The information collected by conversion tracking cookies is used to compile conversion statistics for Adwords customers. Adwords customers discover the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were then transferred to a page with a conversion tracking tag. As regards Google Remarketing, the cookies, on an anonymous basis, enable your web search behaviour to be known, for marketing purposes. The information acquired is used to match advertising offers to your interests. Under no circumstances do these technologies collect or store personal data to determine your identity. In addition, the DoubleClick by Google cookie (Pixel TAG) is used to enable the re-marketing of products such as AdWords in the Google Display network. Cookies store information such as the date of your visit and information to determine whether this is your first visit, as well as data relating to the website which referred you to this site. You can also set these cookies individually in the Cookie Preference Center.

The use of DoubleClick cookies of Facebook "I like" buttons enables Google and its partner sites to display ads based on previous visits to our website or other sites. The information generated by the cookies is transmitted by Google to a server in the United States for evaluation purposes, and is stored there. Google data will only be transferred to third parties if required by law or in connection with the processing of order data. Under no circumstances will Google merge your data with other data entered by Google. By using our website, you consent to Google processing of data about you, in the manner described above, and the intended purpose of such processing. You can adjust the recording of cookies by making an ad hoc setting in our Cookie Preference Center.
